MOTATAPU ICEBREAKER – 14TH MARCH 2009

RESERVE DAY 15th MARCH 2009

New Zealand’s iconic off road marathon or
high country 50km mountain bike event.

The event runs through the iconic Motatapu, Soho and Glencoe stations starting from Glendhu Bay, Lake Wanaka and finishing at Arrowtown.

This landmark event gives access on one day each year over a route that is otherwise not open to the public. The inaugural event was in 2005.

JOB VACANCY - ASSISTANT EVENT ADMINISTRATOR AND OFFICE MANAGER

We need someone to help with office management (accounts, invoicing etc), website maintenance, drafting contracts, writing letters, writing event procedures – basically doing everything involved with running the office and events (of course with the help of the Event Manager & GM!).

The role requires someone who is exceptionally well organised, self motivated, flexible and responds well when the pressure comes on.

We are based in Queenstown and have a part time (or full time) position available. Applicants should be excited about developing successful, safe, iconic events in New Zealand and have a current NZ drivers licence.
